A quick post to note that more than 1000 people have now signed our on-line petition to save the Whittington.

Over the coming months, we will be campaigning against any closure of the Whittington Accident & Emergency service.  There are no definite plans, but NHS bureaucrats have refused to rule out closure of major services after plans leaked out to the local press.

But we need your help.  We need to show how strong the local support for the Whittington Hospital is.
