I have been a patient at the Royal Free Hospital for over 60 years, and I have noticed the increasing load being carried by the Doctors and medical staff there since other Hospitals have closed certain facilities. Queues and waiting times are getting longer and the services are truly at full stretch.

In my opinion it would be an unmitigated disaster for the whole of North and North-West and Greater London if yet another Hospital closed any of its facilities. Any saving in terms of money spent would soon be overtaken by the hidden costs which the added strains put on the Royal Free would have to bear.
